Our simple 3 step process

In store

  1. Visit any of our offices across Sydney.
  2. Complete the documentation required including:

    a) Sender details - name, address, phone no. & identification.

    b) Receiver details - name, address, phone no.

    c) Bank details - if you require funds to be transferred to a specific bank account.

  3. We will then calculate the foreign amount to be transferred

    (Rates are dependant on the exchange rate set for that day and the fees are dependant on the beneficiary country of transaction).

Westpac Bank or Online

  1. Contact our office by phone on (02) 9750 5148.
  2. Provide us with the information required including:

    a) Sender details - name, address, phone no. & identification. You will also be required to fax or email us a copy of your identification for verification.

    b) Receiver details - name, address, phone no.

    c) Bank details - if you require funds to be transferred to a specific bank account.

  3. Visit any Westpac Bank or your financial institution online and deposit funds into the WME bank account.

    (Details will be provided over the phone).
